Welcome to Les Cabritas, a brand-new house located in Saint-Alban-Auriolles, in the heart of Southern Ardèche, about 10 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and 5 minutes from Ruoms and Labeaume.
Ideally located, the house is close to shops (mini-market, bakery, restaurants), rivers and the major tourist sites of the Ardèche Gorges.
You'll be able to enjoy plenty of hiking trails and lovely bike rides straight from the gîte, to explore the region at your own pace.
Beautiful new 70 sqm house set on a large 850 sqm plot. 10 sqm above-ground wooden pool, 1.05 m deep, fitted with a secured ladder. The pool has no fence or lock: parental supervision is recommended for young children.
Two comfortable bedrooms:
100% cotton bed linen and bath towels provided. Welcome kit included (toilet paper, tea towel, one coffee pod per adult, bath mat).
