Welcome to Les Cabritas "Cœur d'Ardèche", a contemporary villa located in Flaviac, at the heart of the Ardèche and Drôme regions.
Just 10 minutes from Privas, 25 minutes from Montélimar and Valence, 30 minutes from the Drôme Valley and around 60 minutes from Pont d'Arc, the house is an ideal base for exploring the region's major tourist sites.
Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of the ViaRhôna (6 km), the Dolce Via and the Payre greenway.
Beautiful recent 89 m² house set on a 450 m² enclosed plot. A toilet is available on each floor. Private 10 m² pool (4 m x 2.5 m), 1.2 m deep, unheated, secured with an alarm and open from 1 May to 30 September. The pool has no fence or lock: parental supervision of young children is recommended.
